And Illinois doesn't want someone fighting back or defending themselves; Their latest is no firearms allowed on Public Conveyances, Metra bus and trains, CTA bus and trains etc. He'll be free quickly if he isn't already as the standard is No-cash bail, put an ankle monitor on and go about your business. Even worse the ankle monitors are not allowed to be monitored 24/7 as that is too big an invasion to their privacy.
