People laugh at this, but this is based on a true story!! A Pepsi delivery driver was fired for drinking a Coke during a break, and the courts ruled that the driver's firing was wrongful, discriminatory, and punitive. Pepsi was ordered to reinstate the employee fully, including back pay and all medical and other benefits, court costs, and punitive damages were awarded on top of it all (the court pretty much 'threw the book' at Pepsi). And as Paul Harvey used to say, "....And now you know the REST of the story!"
