As I understand it, we could buy suppressors and SBRs and such off the shelf if registration requirements actually go away. Personally I think it’s a ways down the road. Not sure how Congress just cancels a law without some type of action.Assuming this stays as is does that mean that ATF will just rubber stamp any applications existing or will I be able to just walk into my LGS and pick up my suppressor?
ThisWhatever they do, I hope they make where a (D) majority can’t just erase it without having to completely relegislate it (write law, submit to floor, votes in both chambers, submit to POTUS, etc).
For now. If it holds, I foresee other (not DEEP blue) states following suit. It will get to SCOTUS who should see it as the Texas judge - since there is no tax, which with common sense equals no registration needed. I’m rooting for all Americans, but some politicos like to restrict Constitutional Rights!I read that the judge, and rightfully so according to SCOTUS, made it so only in the 15 states that were part of the lawsuit. The SCOTUS ruled last year the district judges can only rule for their districts or plaintiffs after all the liberal judges tried to enjoin everyone across the country with all their illegal rulings during the Biden nightmare years.
If that is so then PA is still on the outs ...
