Kuna Malfunction

Well, just in case you don’t believe it here’s a picture! I’ll also put a diagram of the bolt. There’s no pin that holds in the extractor. The extractor has to break for the spring to come out. in order for the extractor to break the metal has to be inferior.

Not saying I don't believe it. Just saying I didn't see some of the parts while just examining the bolt. If you're saying the extractor has to break for the spring to come out and a pin to drop, that makes sense that I couldn't see it.

Sorry if I sounded rude. I also had a hard time figuring out what was happening. I had to dig to find a pictures of the bolt diagram to understand how the extractor was contained. Just sad that I had high hopes for this product and got one of the bad apples. Will update after I shoot it.

Makes me hopeful they will figure this out. I work in the industrial field and have seen bad batches of metal before. Hope that’s all it was!
I want to be 100% clear… it sucks, and I feel bad for you, truly.
And clearly it has affected a few people here on the forum.

I’m in between…zero failures of any kind, but have had cracked mags. I’m not at 2K like Sharks, but I’m more than 50% of the way there… closer to 60%. Literally zero failures of any kind.

When you made a comment of “thousands”.. I wanted to make sure I didn’t miss something.

I hope they get it properly fixed, in short time, and you get to enjoy it like many of us have.
Sorry you gotta go through this. A dime or a dollar, it’s money… and it sucks.

Not sure if this means anything… just a point of reference.
Your picture above has your serial number in the 5000’s. Mine is 2000’s.

I think that was someone else who said thousands, I only know of a small handful
