Exactly. But they won't. It would expose all the RINOs. They knew it would fail in this big bill, so that is why they said they supported it because they knew it would never make it.

The (d) parliamentarian is just another unelected 'deep state' liberal that is trying to interject her personal ideology (and that of special interest groups) into the bills contents. She was appointed to the position under Harry Reid years ago. It's time for her to go.

The President can ignore her. Vance and Thune has the power to overrule her but Thune says it's not a 'good idea' if the bill is to pass. Thune needs to grow a pair and/or be booted from his position. What good is the bill anyway if nothing significantly changes from the status quo? We're still going to spending tax dollars on special interest groups.

The House version just had suppressors, but the Senate version added SBRs and SBSs.

this was last updated yesterday so will look again later. I don't see the silencer provision being removed but if it was just today it wouldn't be in there. I was really hopeful that would make it because it does fall under budget since it's removing a tax.
