My rotation

I admire the OP's collection and commitment to be proficient with each one. It is a warrior ethos to be competent with many weapons. Kudos for sticking with a consistent manual of arms.

I personally have carried many different platforms over the years-I carried 14 different handguns in my LE career. But that was linear- I am unfortunately too simple minded to be switching back and forth at any given time. My philosophy carries over to one woman, one horse, one dog, one truck, and one pair of boxer shorts. Like some old timer said, I prefer to "go with the one you brung."

Since we're actually talking about carry rotations now here's mine.

I decide which one I carry based on which pants I put on in the morning.

Old Wrangler pants have two belt loops in the front. The magazine carrier that I use for my M&P fits perfectly right between them.

When I grab those Wrangler pants I wear my M&P.

New Wrangler pants are cheap and they only have one belt loop in the front.

Personally, I am confident carrying any of the guns I own. If I wasn’t, I wouldn’t own it. That includes 1911s/2011s, J Frames, and Autos…but mostly 1911/2011s.

I think when most folks use the phrase “EDC Rotation” they don’t really mean changing their carry gun daily. I think they mean what guns do you own that you might carry.

I never really understood the concept of a gun rotation. Does that mean that you have some kind of schedule on which you change your EDC? If so, why?

I have a primary carry gun which works for most of my needs, most of the time. I also have other guns I can switch to depending on such things as where I'm going, what I'm doing, threat level, clothing and even the weather. This could be anywhere from a tiny .25acp up to a .45 Colt. I usually carry the primary but, If circumstances change, I can adapt.

The OP does have some nice guns, I'll give him credit for that. However, I notice that the OP's guns are all close to the same size, same caliber and set up alike. So, what's the point?
I only carry one gun under any/all circumstances. Always carry same location (on my body). Never change. Thinking about shoulder holsters, but I probably won't because they cost so much, it takes 5 or more to find one that I like, and I might be too lazy to change what I've been doing for years.
Yea, I use the same CCW all the time, I rather be proficient with one and know how it handles then trying different guns……

These are all guns that I have invested time and effort in carrying, training with, and taking classes with during my 25+ year CW career. Each has been the primary EDC weapon for a portion of that time. This is a SA-centric forum, and I shared the post to chronicle my SA EDC journey. If your question is, "Am I actively rotating between all these?" No. Presently, I carry the XDE when dressed for the office (Suit and tie or scrubs) and the XDM Elite OSP for more casual attire, but I continue to train with all (XDE + one of the others one week and XDM OSP + one the next)—going to the range and dry-firing at home mostly. The Mantis Laser system offers some great dry-fire drills that I enjoy and find challenging.
Additionally, I make an effort to attend a professional-led class 3-4 times a year. I do not believe in "mothballing" any weapon I have invested time and effort to gain proficiency with. Hope that answers your question.
Haters gonna hate bro I appreciate the post best wishes.

Finally some damn logic. Carry to fit your drawers. Don't we all ;)
