New adoption.

My "Faz" Irish "Contract" No.4 Mk. II (F) is just like this one....

but with a Brit Armalon Enfield scope mount (no drill/no tap) so like this.

They were built for the contract but never delivered so were wrapped in protective material and crated up. Brought them to the USA in the late 90s/early 2000's.

I got mine wrapped so had to clean everything off. After the Armalon went on just a handful of rds. to sight in the scope. Not shot since.

The Irish Contract No. 4 Mk. IIs are the last & best Enfields made.

Very nice

I find very few gen Zs are buying WW2 era guns. Most are Xers and older. So when I see Mil-surp prices climbing, I wonder who they are targeting. WW2 guns were made in the millions so I do question prices, especially on guns sporterized by Bubba

Mil-surp guns can be cool guns and make an exciting "retro" hunt

The one in the OP looks like it could be returned to military configuration, IF thats what the OP wants

I do like history stuff since I was a little kid. Personally I didn’t think I’d own something like this.
