Not much there exciting to me the new Stacato looked interesting as did the new cheetah. If they would put a real sight on the charter maybe it would be interesting, but as it is am pretty over trough rear sights.

The new Taurus DA snub is, ummm, familiar, as is the case with many of Taurus older designs. Might be a good pocket gun, but...

I have several Taurus revolvers and they are fine weapons, but...
Not sure why anyone would choose whsa likely will be a fairly. Comparable priced revolver over the SW 642 which it is copied from. Especially when the stock 642 is very easy to find reasonably priced.

Being a revolver guy, that offering from Charter Arms with the interchangeable cylinders really interests me.
Not having to use moon clips for the 9mm would be helpful in summer carry IMO.

Looking again that CDS9 from Kimber has a real possibility, i could see it replacing the P365xl if it felt as right in the hand as it looks.have always been more comfortable with a hammer...

If this was the case I could look at the Wilson for a service sized double stack and all my carry pistols would be a derivative of the 1911.

That Rock River 1911 is worth a look. I have one of their carry models and it is stunning. Extremely accurate and easy to shoot.

The newest in the VP9 series is interesting, but I can't see how they could make it feel any better than how my VP9SK feels in my hand now. Maybe someday if I have a spare 1K burning a hole in my wallet...

I mean, I know those high end 1911’s are spiffy, but in the real world how much better are they than a midrange priced or even, gasp, a Cheap 1911? Gunsmith buddy has an old Norinco bought used that he tighten the slide on, put on a match barrel and bushing and good sights on. It’ll shoot with pretty much anybody’s 1911 and he doesn’t have what $400 in it?

I have a pricey DS 1911 and I can notice a difference between it and the stock Tisas DS I have and I suppose if I was a great shooter that may be magnified. I am though an average shooter so some of its greatness may be lost on me . The one I have is made by a local group just 15 miles from where I live and they make all but barrel and fire control group in-house, and gun is all hand fit. Company makes parts for others but this is their first complete product. Got serial number 63….was hoping for, well yea for gigs

Meh. Overpriced 1911’s. Put a leash on it as I can’t imagine losing it. Nothing of real interest that sez buy me. Well maybe the LWRCI IC-9
