SIG’s popular P365 line has a new variant designed with the input of decorated professional shooter Daniel Horner, who has helped SIG craft a series of upgrades to its handgun lineups. The new P365 MACH3D might be one of the flattest-shooting handguns that SIG makes. Here’s the rundown.

The compensator on the P211 is amazing, maybe best in class, I’m sue it will be just as effective on this.

The only con to this comp is that it is very difficult to remove to clean. Hopefully they’ve simplified the process. On the positive side, it does not require a threaded barrel.

I concur, and am also reluctant to remove it when cleaning lol. Heard horror stories about the pin removal and re-install.

While I doubt I’ll ever buy a striker again, let alone one made by Sig, they sure have seemed to lost the original intent of the P365. Having owned and fired thousands of rounds through 3 basic size and one XL, they were perfectly sized for absolute concealed carry.

I’ll preemptively agree with those who will say choice is always good 😃!

From the 2018 publicity release of base P365.

“The P365 is also smaller and lighter than most other pistols in its class, measuring 1-inch wide, 5.8-inches long, and 4.3-inches tall with a barrel length of 3.1-inches. It weighs just 17.8 ounces with an empty magazine.”
