The link takes one to the Epoch Times article page. It continues to work for me.

Don't know why it isn't working on your end.

I was able to read the story in the link, but trying to log in just shows me the message from the CEO. Could be that the web sight is overwhelmed.

Yeah JJ, you need to create a free account with Epoch Times to read their articles for free. They will send emails to you with all sorts of interesting article. You’ll also be asked several times to pay for a subscription while viewing the articles on the Web, and occasionally an Email asking you to subscribe. You don’t have to, and can still view the articles if logged in.
