Ramen noodles

In a attempt to catch @BET7 with quality firearms and not the usual Turkish stuff, i'll be eating ramen noodles for a month. so i got bored sittin around. winds blowin 40 mph and i done picked up sticks and limbs once, now it needs it again but not today.

Made an offer on two guns and he countered and i countered him and he agreed, so i took both. first is the Springfield Armory M1A Tanker. comes with a 10 round mag, i stuck one of my old 20 rounders in it. i did find some better ones but too late. pics are taken. Comes with that case too.

Second was this 320 X5 sig, this thing weighs a ton, i was looking for lead weights hidden in it. but it's just all steel. feels good in the hand. it's heavier than my X5 Legion. should be no recoil with this this. the big thing is it racks like one of those easy racking new pictols. hardly any resistance to racking it. it come with two different springs so i'll have to read up on those. came with 3 21 round mags. another thing if you drop it, and it goes off the bullet might hurt less than if you dropped it on yer toe.

I've been eating Ramen noodles for over a year now! How do you think I have the funds to buy these guns. Unfortunately, my LGS will not make deals on any new guns. You pay their price, or go elsewhere. Used guns are a different story as they'll deal on those and I've gotten several good deals that I acted upon.
With my recent acquisitions, Ramen noodles may be more of a luxury, so I'm looking for alternatives like cheap bread and water. 🍞🧊🫗🤤😂😂

Nice BF, I want to get the steel version also. The P320 XFive Legion is a tungsten frame Vs the steel which is heavier.
As a side note, I just got off the phone with Sig customer service for my P229 Legion registration. I never received the Email with the code for the free bag and coin (second time this has happened and I have several Legions that processed correctly prior to that). Bag is back ordered & will take 8-10 weeks according to the CS Rep, but I have so many from them that I can wait.

Congrats on you purchases, and good luck with them (y)

Nice! The quality of the firearms, in my experience, lasts much longer than the hunger pangs from Ramen! A Springfield M1A is the chink in my cultural armor...I am mostly a handgun and shotgun guy but my small collection lacks either an M1 Garand OR an M1A. How embarrassing. It may be time to break out the Ramen myself......
