Diesel $4.73 and gas $3.74 near me in South Texas.

Still cheaper than a nuke going off in the USA and/or Israel.

IF you would have primarily been using full service commercial campgrounds, in proximity to major highways , then yes , motels are more cost effective.

RV come into their own , for being off the beaten path , where there aren't hotels and restaurants on every block .

I think it’s asinine that gas and diesel went up just cause Trump decided to go after Iran, I could care less on what’s happening over there, all I know is when your on fixed income and gas goes up to almost 5.00 a gallon I could care less what Iran had or could have….

We could just stop selling it to them….they wanna be their “own”, I’d say let ‘em. Fuel here is still dirt cheap compared to the rest of the civilized world. We were in Italy in late ‘24 and fuel was 1.95 Euro’s per Liter ($9/gallon or so)

That's the whole issue , we're not "selling it to them " . It's illegal to sell " 49 state " gasoline in Cali . They're dependent on In State refined gasoline only .

The California Government / Politician reply is to the effect of " Shut up , and just buy an electric car already " .

This may be a Tipping Point of woke Going Too Far , for the voters to finally push back .
