As long as everything stays stock. I had a Solis for my 43x MOS. Then I added taller sights so I could see them through the high-speed, low-drag optic. The pistol went it... I had to take it apart to get it free. I think I added about 1/8" to the sights.
This is the Safariland GLS 578 I carried on my last assignment for AUS. It is not what I would call a "duty" holster. It's barely a retention holster and it wouldn't stop anyone from grabbing your gun for more than a second or two. I would put it on the same level as a thumbbreak holster for retention.
I chose it because it was easy to put on and take off my uniform belt. I also wore it semi-concealed under my stylish yellow safety vest. I was working as a Night Rover and I spent most of my night in empty office buildings and checking the parking lots of closed strip malls.
If I was working an assignment where I was interacting with a lot of people I'd choose something like this 7280 that G4S issued me.
That holster is a retention holster (level 2) but it's not the least concealable.
The 578 is a good concealment holster.
One of the things that I like about the 578 is that I can carry my Glock 19 or I can carry my M&P 9 in it and they both fit well and they're both retained well.
