SAINT® EDGE EVAC handguard out of alignment.

I prefer Glocks and recently saw the news on Springfield releasing the new XDM Elite. My disappointment with the EVAC steered me away from the XDM and I purchased a new Glock.

The Springfield Armory XD, XD-M, XD-S, and XD-E series is manufactured by HS Produkt in Karlovac, Croatia and imported and marketed by Springfield Armory.

The rest of the Sprinfield Armory product line (except some magazines) is maufactured in the USA.

So check out the XD series if you have the chance.

Alright guys, so i got the evac back from Springfield. They shaved down the the receiver at an angle. When you put the gun together and twist hard it does over crank to the other side. Slow/medium twist and it will align up just fine. It is straight now but now its raised up a little like 1 mm. Not to big of an deal but definitely $1900 gun should of never had these issues. Im kind of torn, thinking about sending it back to fix the raised 1913 rail. See pic

If it wasn't like that before you sent it in, I would definitely send it back.

Customer service sounds really receptive to the issue your having.

Keep us posted on the outcome which I'm sure will be positive.
