SBR, How long?

When i had my form 4 submitted the website was showing 10 days for Eform approval but it was 1 day. SBR per website is 8 days but hopefully reality is less.
I did both of my cans individual FWIW
Will likely SBR my Sig MCX spear LT 9”. Want a stock and foregrip and i really don’t go anywhere so .20 form filing not an issue

Might as well, then you can do anything you want to it. i did two a while back when they had the free stamp thing goin. i was hopin they would remove them from the NFA list but don't see it happening for a long time and at my age i don't have a long time. lol

I have done 12 NFA items so far in 2025,
5 of them were submitted on Thursday and approved Tuesday morning.
1 was denied in 24hrs ATF did not understand Kuna does not have lower receiver serial number, reapplication approved in 48hrs
1 suppressor had to be paper form 4, going on three months even though they charged my card a day after getting paper work.
5 approved less than 24 hrs, I submitted Thursday afternoon the next morning was approved.
Now I had electronic finger prints done, and am using a trust where I am the only responsible person. And I am not submitting though silencershop or others it is directly through eforms.
There is no better time, to buy or SBR. I honestly dont think Hearing protection act will be passed, I hope I am wrong but I am not holding my breath. Life is too short to wait, and wait for “something to happen”.

The federal government giving back tax dollars it shouldn't have took in the first place, yeah another one i'll have to see to believe. i hope you're right but i have no faith in the system. and i hope they prove me wrong.

Fully agree. The whole “SBR vs “pistol” with arm “brace” is silly. 99% of people looking at them, esp the stupid politicians and “experts” couldn’t identify one from the other. Yet a person with an unregistered sbr is committing a crime, while the guy beside him with a “pistol” with a 1” longer barrel in the same caliber is good to go. Dumb.
