Did you use the right screws and have them torqued to specs, not sure but I think the screws should have some kind of loctite on them, not sure though….Anybody have issues with the red dot shifting after shooting a couple mags of ammo? The red dot seems to have shifted to the left on me.

It is not loose I checked that already.Always check the mounting screws on any optic or optic plate. They will come loose sooner or later.
