Not sure on a case by case, I get it, the right to carry is just that, but if anything, it clouds the legal system by allowing you, me, or anyone else to subvert the vetting process required to work toward preventing stupid people from legally carrying a gun.

Making us prove we aren't stupid to exercise a constitutional right, is unconstitutional.

The 1st amendment has killed more people than the 2nd.

Brother, we are on the same side. I do understand and agree with your point. One's geographical position however, in these United States, changes the required action to remain safe, uninjured, and able to move about as you wish.

I guess I am just conditioned to assuming everyone is stupid and possibly dangerous.
