It seems to be. I researched it and they said they had Two engineers design it. (If I recall correctly) it shoots good. The action is smooth and lighter than a J-Frame. Someone compared the action to the Kimber Revolver. S&W grips and holsters fit. I’ve only shot it double action and only with 38 and 38+P.
