Sig p320 unsafe saga continues

I'm going to be really interested in how the active litigation against Sig comes out. The allegations in it are nasty.

Did they shoot their leg? Or did the gun? Several of these incidents have been attributed to people fiddling with their gun while in its holster. That video has been round the internet for so long it must be gathering dust by now.

Not saying there were/are problems with the 320, but still doesnt remove the possibility he thought he didnt come near the trigger but did. I’ve seen some super experienced folks in LEO and Military have and do mishaps. Human is human.
