Yearly Renewal - $125 per weapon

Well, I see a lot of folks not registering. If you own more than 4 firearms, registration is more than the fine.

Also, the CA Govt clearly states they want to know where every gun is, because right now they just dont know

So far pritzgers registration is not doing too well.
This should be interesting since pritzgers bought and paid for justices recently said illegals can own firearms.
So does that mean for us no more AR registration and no more FOID cards??

As I understand it; someone how it not allowed to own a firearm. Felons etc. could not be charged with having an unregistered firearm as they would be exempt from registration under the Fifth Amendment. Self incrimination and all that so it does not apply to them.
