Springfield Selling 2020 Rifle Actions for DIY custom builds

I think I want to make me a 300blk shorty rifle say with 7 inch barrel. Both long and short actions are available, and according to the article 3 barrel companies are making 2020 barrels. Makes me wonder when the short action factory guns are coming?
