Springfield technical difficulties

Ordered a shield SMSC red dot this morning. Didn’t receive email confirmation but did get an order number or confirmation page. Tried calling them all day but says technical difficulties. Any idea how I can get in touch with somebody from Springfield to see what is going on?
 
I saw someone from Springfield respond on the ar15.com website. They said their systems have been down and it has affected their email and phone systems. They were hoping it would be back up today, but weren't sure.

Here was their exact response:

Our computer system has been down all week. Which includes all email and phone systems. We hope to have it up and running today or tomorrow. I am not a computer person, so I can't elaborate on the problem. I can try to help you here if you have any questions.

If you go to ar15.com, click on the menu bar on the top left, go down to Handguns, then scroll to Springfield, it’s in a topic there. Maybe he’ll check that thread again and be able to answer you.
Tried to create account there to ask. I’m “pending approval”. Then went onto some website named Springfield-Hellcat. Tried to buy SMSC there but they were asking me to direct wire it to somebody named Makayla Coles in VA. Seemed really odd so I bailed. Tried calling but no answer. Anybody ever heard of this website or had similar issues? I’m legit at the point of not wanting the stupid red dot at this point.

I’ve seen that Springfield-Hellcat website. I don’t trust it at all. I actually sent them an email asking if they were legit. Lol. They never answered, so I would not trust them at all. Hopefully, the actual Springfield website will be back up soon.
 
I have spoken to Springfield yesterday evening. They’re systems are down emails and phones. They are working diligently to get the systems back on line. They are asking for patience while they get everything figured out. As soon as I hear they are back online I will update Y’all here.
 
Being the inquisitive/curious person I am, has anyone heard if there are any other companies in the same business (firearms) having the same problems right now?

as of just minutes ago, (8:10 AM march 19th) i still cannot get into the warranty area.,

nor can i open an account at the store.
 
This explains a lot! I was simply trying to log in to order some mags. I hope they get squared away soon.
