States Move to Ban Glocks Over Full-Auto Conversion Panic

Aside from their relentless drive for CONTROL, guns or otherwise, the other reason they’re pushing this (in my opinion) is because they are unwilling to engage and correct their rampant gang problems with proven LE initiatives.

By the reasoning of some here I ought to have no problem with that since I don’t do Glocks.
Ok, but it should not be banned cause the switches which are banned already, maybe next they will come after your Masada…….🤔🤔🤔🤔 or any polymer gun that has the plate that comes off on back of slide….everdently someone was a possible Glock hater all this time……😬😬

I think it’s ridiculous. I was just pointing out that some people don’t care if they ban bump stocks or braces or that full auto is regulated into de facto banishment because they don’t like those things. I’m not one of those people.

Glocks have been banned in Massachusetts for a long time now. People that are able to get them there treat them like they were Staccatos.

Anti gun politicians are just, stupid people, making stupid laws, using stupid logic.

Bingo!
Two long time gangsters here in my town caught with and used said handgun with switches. Long time felon's only received 5yrs when they should have received 25yrs+
Plead down to basic felon with a firearm.
Ridiculous!!

So I’ll play the devils advocate, why doesn’t Glock make there handguns so they can’t accept the switch?
Just asking…..
And if your going there, you might want to have Ruger, Polymer 80 to name a few that copied the basic Glock design, do these manufacturers need to change there design in case switches are made for them…the root of the problem isn’t any gun, it’s the switches, how long do you think it will take the people who make the switches change them to work in Glock copies or any polymer pistol

I again refer to socialist philosophy for taking power. Saul Alinsky made it pretty clear in Rules for Radicals. You have to have an issue, or issues that resonate with the masses in order to gain power. It doesn't matter what the issue is, as long as it gains traction. Gay rights, abortion rights, immigration, BLM, gun control, etc. The issue doesn't need to be a real problem for society as a whole, or even be true, it just needs to stir passion in people. We notice that gun control advocates are usually ignorant of firearms. Thats my point, they typically could care less about firearms or gun control, it's just a cudgel to be used to gain power. Use of identity politics (we are in the 2A box) divides us and provides an opportunity to rally blocks of people one way or another. Liberals will be anti gun until they have the power, and all the guns. That lesson was clear to the founders from Lexington and Concord. As stated by Lab4us above, it's about CONTROL, not about guns.
