On this Thanksgiving, I am thankful that my state's Constitution reads, "The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be questioned."

I am thankful for my family, my health, my freedom, and time in the woods.

I am thankful that all 4 of my kids and 8 of 9 grandkids made it here for the holiday. My Big Green Egg has not cooled since Monday. Burgers Monday, ribs and chicken Tuesday, brisket Wednesday, pork butt Thursday, Turkey and ham today. Sadness tomorrow when everyone leaves for varous places. But nobody leaves hungry. Even the dogs

All the kids left this morning. It is rare to have them all together at once. Mrs Greener, the two dogs, and I have been enjoying the quiet and naps today. The house feels empty. But they will be back. We will be eating leftovers for a week.
