Was he found guilty? My guess is no; but Id love to know the particulars that got him charged in the first place. Was there a destruction of property? In any case its an anomaly

Its like charging the kids who make the "McGyver bombs" in a plastic bottle with aluminum and drain cleaner with making a bomb because the chemicals expand and cause the plastic bottle to pop making a loud noise

LTL launchers generally do not require a background check or a CCL to purchase or carry concealed in most states. That seems to be the only attraction for some folks I think. Note, I did not say "all" states. Negativity here in years-past seemed to be that the pepper-balls didn't burst on impact reliably iirc.
