And that's the ones we know about.
 
People would be shocked if the saw what things a few LEO’s have done to lead to disciplinary at any given agency.

As Clint Smith had said You have Priests raping kids so you’re gonna have a few bad apples in LE doing bad apple things. Not sure why folks are shocked.

maybe many are shocked that those people are held to higher standards than the average person/worker...and are expected to perform thier duties with the utmost trust and professionalism....????

cuz one or two bad apples can spoil the whole bunch of other hard working, dedicated to the core professionals.

Everywhere wether LE agency or standard firearms store/range you have a pack mentality these days.
It seems like it’s gotten worse on what peolme thjnk they should get away with.

Not to sound like “that old guy” but I remember as a new airman and roomie PD guy we had Vietnam and a few Korean vets running everything. You were scared to screw up and get them in your case but at the same time they were great mentors.

I took one thing with me that was drilled into my head was you have authority but never ever use it unless absolutely necessary.

But if one got out of line they were fired,

Like supposedly the Ford employee that insulted the President guy suspended….thats what should happen. I get freedom of speech but at the same time hih run your mouth at a conpany event at especially an elected official and embarrass your employee you shouldn’t be shocked if they discipline you.

That’s part of the issue fokks want to do whatever and run theor head on whatever while on conpany time them act surprised whem they do get spanked …..which isn’t near as much as it should be the last couple decades.
