This is why Trump doesn't notify Congress first

The perp's lawyer citing youtube and podcasts by former operators is crap. If youtube was a valid testimony of these guys and they spilled the beans it would have been a target rich environment for the FBI. As it is, probably 75% is BS. She is not a whistle blower or a leaker, she just has an axe to grind against Delta. She should be charged with espionage, and I would really like to see her official position in Delta Force. If I translate the article it looks like a staff weenie at HQ.

What I would like to see happen to any and all who commit treasonous acts against our nation and endanger those serving would get me...

Give her a spot on the wall with a cigarette and a blindfold. Right next to the reporter, editor, and anyone else involved with publishing this story. "Freedom of the Press" Does NOT give the press the right to publish or immunity from prosecution for exposing classified documents.

“The American press is a shame and a reproach to a civilized people. When a man is too lazy to work and too cowardly to steal, he becomes an editor and manufactures public opinion.”

“I hate newspapermen. They come into camp and pick up their camp rumors and print them as facts. I regard them as spies, which, in truth, they are.”

“If I had my choice I would kill every reporter in the world, but I am sure we would be getting reports from Hell before breakfast.”

William Tecumseh Sherman

Folks constantly see Congress critters running to the microphone and TV cameras immediately after every “closed door” meeting to discuss things they shouldn’t or to disparage leaders. It’s no wonder many other citizens outside of Congress think it OK for them to do the same.

And I get the 1st Amendment, however when media crosses the line by trying to solicit classified information through questions they know the people they are interviewing would have to break the law to answer…well, I think there should be consequences!

I agree with everyone, I hate traitors, but I have to shake my head at this. Sounds like Confidential TTPs (most of which you'll see in the moves) being made for political hay, now, I'd be concerned if he had been keeping boxes of Top Secret documents in his bathroom at home. As to an excuse for not informing Congress, how did that leap get made, from a past employee to Congress?

BTW, how does this hypocrisy relate to firearms? Doesn't Reddit have forums for the 39%?

The (B)witch put the life of a downed airman at risk! It is not just about the secrets she has been leaking for years. How about putting her in a brown fur coat, duct taping antlers to her head and run her through the woods during deer season. Give that :censored: a new appreciation for her actions!

Having dealt personally with the media, I regard them as the most vile, dishonest, self serving sumbitches on the planet. The sad thing is, many of them start as bright eyed idealists who want to do honest reporting, but are corrupted by the system. Kind of like Congress critters.
Good point, but it's much like many professions that infect our society today, very few actually do the right thing before they do the most beneficial thing for them, even ministers are guilty.
