torque value for optic plate to XDM elite OSP slide?

Installing my holosun eps carry tomorrow when my torque wrench arrives. i know the optic with a dab of loctite blue is 15in/lbs, but anyone know what my plate with a dab of loctite blue to the slide should be?

I'm sure that info is available. My general rule is 20, but the HK plate to the VP9 is 2NM, which is 17.7 inch lbs.

I'll hold my tongue on the Loc-Tite.

I Also read where people say to do 10 for RDMS to plate screws, but Holosun specs say 15.
