What are you doing right now??

Well i went to buy the pressure washer i was looking at and when i got there it uses premium gas only so nope, came home and went chootin.

first up was this plastic POS, it wouldn't feed one round out of a 10, 15 or 25 round mag. i worked with it for about thirty minutes and threw it in the woods. lol then i thought you dumbass you probably done trashed yer sight. but nope it was ok.

Then i broke out the Phoenix, thankfully it worked, after i got the sight on and a few for the camera i shot mr. gold dude a bit, then came home and cleaned up the phoenix and started working on this plastic water bottle gun. well if ya remember when i got this thing i said i doubt it will run cause the spring is so weak in it. well i was right BUT it still has a weak spring but it wouldn't cycle cause of the plastic upper out of spec. the bolt was hanging up in one place so i decided to try and fix it myself instead of sending it back for them to do nothing with. so i sanded a little off where it was hanging. kept doing it until it worked smoothly. kinda hard to sand inside it though.

It still was hanging on the mag, so i had to modify three mags for the POS to run. then i run 100 rounds through it without a hitch. all i can say if you don't want to work on a gun DO NOT buy this plastic gun made out of old water bottles. I did not sight it in as i was too tired to go back across the street and do it so i just stuck the silencer on it and dumped four 25 round mags in the dirt in my backyard.

If you ever get tired of fixing them send me a text and i'll give you my FFL's address and just send them my way. No need to get upset and mad---let me do that! Just trying to help a friend out.

Hi,

Remember to keep it damp for the first two weeks! Just moist not soaked. It will look beautiful.

Yes! I'm moving the sprinkler around every 30 minutes or so while I clean all my filthy guns. :p

There's five bare patches I'm trying to fill in. That means 2.5 hours of watering with my little sprinkler. Like with my shooting, I'll try to stay consistent with my watering for a couple of weeks.

Thank you for your indulgence,

Finally! I've waited for YEARS for someone to explain what watering the lawn has to do with cleaning guns. NOW I understand! :p Obviously, they are complementary tasks.

The Shooter Lube products work great and they have no odor. I don't have to go out to the garage. It's not a caustic solvent so sometimes I have to let it soak a little more, or scrub a little more, but I don't mind. Mrs. BassCliff has never complained. That's important to me. ;) Shooter Lube is all I've ever used, even though I've got a bottle of Hoppe's in my range bag.

I'll always keep a little Hoppes # 9 around to dab on when I want to smell good.

Hi,

87 degrees right now. Eeyow! Loading up for some early evening range time.
86° here

67° here. Mid 70s tomorrow, then mid 50s the rest of the week. It's a cool May so far. We had no snow in April, which is not normal for us here, but we had almost 10 inches of rain.

Everybody complains about the weather. But nobody ever does anything about it. :p

i guess i am "nose blind", as i have used Hoppe's since my first gun(s) back in 2020.

i just do not notice the odor..???

just wanting to know if it is as good as advertised, as i no longer want shelves full of products used only once or twice.
