Second time this Taurus has broken. not even 50 rounds through it.

Wow, that’s sucks, both my GX4’s run fine and my Raging Hunter is flawless…..
My brother had a .357 Tracker that the cylinder gap was to close and when gun heated up locked up, sent it back and 3 week later got it back fixed, now this was about 10 years ago….

Yeah, I have seen more failures with Taurus than all the other brands combined.

To be totally honest, I have had more issues with the current versions of S&W revolvers then anything, got to the point I figured S&W just didn’t like me…..my last new one was the reintroduced model 66, one cylinder full of 158gr magnums, gun went out of time, 6 shots….took it to my gunsmith who at what time was a S&W warranty repair station, fixed it and did a trigger job, $44.00, well worth it

When I worked at LGS we always seemed to have Taurus issues. Customers used to get mad at us but I would say "we didn't build it". We would send back guns for customers and a lot of times when they got back they were still broke. Because of this I have never purchased a Taurus and probably won't.

Yes I have heard from friends about poor QC on newer S&W revolvers. I was spoiled with older model S&W revolvers when they still had gunsmiths building them.

The guy from POF more or less told me those psg22 were great built guns, and i really didn't know what i was talking about. i said yours and my opinion on quality is completely different. that 22 is a plastic piece of junk. an overpriced piece of junk at that.

He also said they run 3 kinds of ammo through each one before selling it, i said someone missed this one then. he said that's impossible.

Nice surprise in the mail just now. A surprise refund of some medical costs I paid last fall. Almost a $1000. I'll have to make another trip into town tomorrow to deposit the check. I might even wear my dress shorts, just so I don't upset the uppity clothing police. This even calls for wearing the new pair of Skechers I've been saving! And this will even be an excuse to drive the old planet killer. I like the oil burner better for long trips. I'll give the Hoopty a break. That means tomorrow will be a VP9SK day in a fanny pack. I hope I can sleep tonight, being so excited and all for tomorrow!

Installed the mag releases on the icarus frames and Installed the tungsten rod w/16# spring on the x-10. What a pita that was!. Grill is warmed up, so time to get the patties cooking. AND feed the cats as they gather knowing I'll feed them some of the patties also. I'll say those are a lot cheaper than the $27 ribeye they ate last time

Wife wanted to watch Knicks game. I am not a basketball fan and definitely not a New York fan. She asked what I wanted to do for my birthday this month and I said nothing. Of course I got the 3rd degree and the look. Wanted to give her a reason and I said I don't give a crap. What do you think. It's ok to just ignore it isn't it. Its not a big deal to me.

i feel the same way about my bd's............it's just another day and i don't care if it's another year as the whole age thing doesn't bother me at all.................i have other things to worry/think about

Agreed, but our loved ones want to spend time with us and show that they appreciate us, and vice versa.

Why dont you go on a small local trip with your wife somewhere that involves a nice walk with that fabulous hound of yours for a change of scenery
