What are you doing right now??

Started sous vide cooking a small (4lb) Boston Butt roast at midnight. At 158 degrees will take 24 hours.
Just finished the Boston Butt came out very good guess it should after 24 hours.

Hi,

Blessings to all. I'm fighting a cold on this beautiful day. I'll be ingesting zinc, vitamin C, elderberry, getting lots of liquids and rest. I'll be quite busy next week and don't want to be sick. I've saved up enough gig money and it's burning a hole in my pocket. I just need to decide what's going to put out the fire. ;)
