sorry to hear that, and i too am going thru much the same, with this dang knee.

3 gel shots, but when i go to bed, the pains are quite annoying.

i went to bed one night this week at 7:30 PM.....because of the previous day/night pains.

could not stay sleeping past 11 PM...!!

oh well....i feel your pains little buddy

I guess as we get older pain is a constant reminder of our lives. Just trying to cope with it can be very annoying.
