Just got home from Ortho appointment. Very, very good news no damage to my prothectic left hip. Apparently the fall pinched my sciatic nerve causing the pain. Gave me a steroid injection and within several minutes the pain was gone. Don't know if I will need more injections in the future, hope not. Anyway I'm a happy camper.

Now you have to be careful, even for the simple things. No more ladders also!

lol....speaking of Glock..........my Alien Gear G-19, AIWB holster arrived, but the FedUp guy never rang the doorbell

so, i checked my tracking, and saw it was at the back stairs.


got it adjusted and wearing it now to break-in the backing "plate".

but gun is still empty.

as comfortable as my other 2 Alien Gear Holsters.

I have a AG holster that converts from OWB to IWB to AIWB. All 3 setups are very comfortable. AG makes good stuff.

Went chootin, first off i ran out of bought targets. when i tried to buy more the two fellers from Texas said they had sold them all. so which one of you is buying my targets? Stop it.

Anyway first up was the old police Acme Brick, not bad after i knocked the sight over. whoever had this gun before me has different eyesight, which i am kinda cross eyed. it was hitting left about three inches.

Such good news! And no more lad.....never mind. I think you got the message . I'm happy to hear there's no damage. I hope the sciatic nerve settles down. I suffer with that sometimes, something you have to listen to it. When it sings to you, it's telling you to take it easy. So my friend, take it easy .

Just got e-mail from Impact Guns they have several pre-ban (don't know what that means) Glocks for sale. Glad I'm broke can't buy any of them(LOL)

Staying awake stewing. Gnashing my teeth.

Our 4-H kids are losing their range.
For 20 years or more, we’ve used a local PD range for Pistol, Rifle, and Muzzleloader. Shotgun has their own place. Archery shoots there on the fairgrounds.

That PD uses this range as do other agencies in the area. We meet every other Saturday in the summer, and take what we can get when it comes to availability of that range. Whatever is leftover.

November is when I send in our date requests for the next summer. We usually get four or five out of six or eight I ask for. The rest of the dates we shoot airguns indoors or have a big gun cleaning.

I got an email today from them saying that with other agencies using the place, they can no longer accommodate us.

Out of the blue.
No warning.
Several agencies using the range is not news.

We are pretty much screwed without this place.

Grrrr. I need to find a bunch of baby ducks to kick.
