Just walked in the door. My normal 50 minute commute took just shy of 2.5 hours. The interstate (I-94W) is closed due to a 15 semi pile up at the deadly Downer curve. I might have to take the back roads to work tomorrow.
Right now the husband has a tequila shot ready for me. Let’s just say…I hate when the road disappears in the dark in sideways snow. Very disorienting. Thank God I got in behind a couple of trucks on the back roads, but I still need the tequila to unclench, if you get my drift . He’s cooking dinner so a lady couldn’t ask for anything more.

Took the Shield X to the range and what a great pistol. I ended up firing 350 rounds with no issue at all. It's a very accurate pistol and great on recoil. All cleaned up and ready for next time, maybe Saturday. If all goes well then it can become my CCW for a few months. I can honestly say so far happy with the purchase.
