I was just watching two does and their fawns grazing on the other side of the lake, then a big coyote goes chasing after them. It's Marlon Perkins Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom out my back door. I am rooting for the fawns, but everybody's gotta eat.

we came back from our weekly grocery shopping.

its "normal" for either myself or the wife and me to go shopping on the weekends.

however, a MAJOR snowstorm is about to dump a dusting to 3" of snow...!!!!!!

so EVERYONE is out shopping for bread, milk, beer, and chips, to honker down for the winters first MAJOR snowstorm....

christ, 1 stinking blizzard back in 1978 when nearly everyone was at work, and could not get home for days, and had no food or water available.......and they panic over a dusting to 3".......
