What are you doing right now??

Laughing at the kittens, cause every time I go into the kitchen they want something to eat. Both meow until they get something to eat

waiting till about 7 AM...

i have to repaint our bathroom.

very small, roughly 36 square feet..??

however, exposed water pipes, a vent pipe, that jots out from the wall, and goes up into the ceiling. clawfoot bathtub, small heating radiator, and other assorted BS....what were those looney tunes plumbers thinking back in the late 1800's..???..(no building codes, just cut away and jam things here and there...dumbasses)

i washed the walls last week.

i might only be able to paint the upper walls, then the door, window, and wainscoting lower walls tomorrow...

i dunno......imma gonna miss like at the very least 6 naps today...then tomorrow...???


i hope imma gonna survive, especially tomorrow, when i have to get down on the floor, to paint the walls that are visible, without falling asleep.

pray for me....please........

Stupid utube not helping me... but @Old_Me explosives can be used to paint your bathroom. I re-remember a Mythbusters and older cartoons that did room painting with explosives... but you have one of those things that might speed up your longest nap if you try it....

i am taking a break now...then i have to give the walls a 2nd coating...i will be using the roller again...

i went around the wall-to- ceiling mating surfaces with a brush....twice.......what a pain in the ass

my wonderful wife, found a really nice color....."Thin Ice" from Pittsburg paints, BUT what she did not realize is the current color is too dark..thus the 2 coatings.

at least the bottom color for the woodwork is darker...i hope, i pray, but i will not love tomorrows painting.......

anyways, i went from a 3 foot ladder, to a 6 foot, to a wooden chair, and standing on the toilet seat cover, to get into all the nooks and crannies of that tiny bathroom.

i hope i die...and i will, before i have to paint that bathroom again.

wifey generally wants every thing repainted in 10 year intervals...


yeah, i'll be dead before that next re-painting......thank god for tiny miracles...but NOT tiny bathrooms...!!!!

oh man
i got home from lowes
about 20 minutes later winds from hades arrived 34 steady on the wind thing
trash cans from neighbors that cant seem to put them away from monday pickup, were scooting down the street
then around 1 40 pm BOOM buckets and buckets
we hit over an inch in 20 minutes, that soaked in pretty good, then mother nature said thou shalt not laugh at me and we got another 2 inches in almost 30 minutes..
yup that flooded the yard
now its just steady and lots of the bright flashy stuff with deep rumbles and of course pups are stuck yo us like glue
 
At first i came into TAL to "catch up" in the forum, that got interrupted and now i need to calm down because if i don't i can't get to my ex-car key quick enough to have a place to live... long story short... i'm too old/disabled to be a bum again... but a bit of revenge will happen tomorrow...

A bit of a sorry for this post... back to catching up me...

well smell no more...

a nice LONG hot shower, i just left the window open and the blinds up for anyone to peep on me...

sadly...no peepers

anyway, brewing water for some tea, and by 7 pm, check in on Laura, then Jesse, or if a really good movie is on, that takes top priority

sheesh, still ya know.......no peepers...i feel so let down.
