Getting rain and snow flurries from time to time. It can't make up its mind. Temp is 39 degrees. A good day to stay home and inside. Might read a book which will turn into a nap.

the recipe involves cooking the oranges and soaking the muffins after baking, into that liquid. A bit of a complicated thing but the muffins come out more like moist torts and are fantastic. Similar to spanish orange cake and hails from Valencia.
