the recipe involves cooking the oranges and soaking the muffins after baking, into that liquid. A bit of a complicated thing but the muffins come out more like moist torts and are fantastic. Similar to spanish orange cake and hails from Valencia.

celebrating 41 years today with MRS Boatr 
its freaking cold out and my foot hurts, still in cast
so no dancing tonight on 2 feet

Sounds like everyone is enjoying their evening. I hope @Old_Me feels better soon. There's schpilcus going around. My New Years Eve gig just got canceled due to a flu outbreak at the facility. That's OK, we may pick up another "Noon Years Eve" performance another community now that we're available.
I got to shovel a little snow from the driveway this morning. Then after helping Mrs. BassCliff fill the bird feeders I hung a couple of pictures on the wall. I've been really productive today.

Yum, Yum. My son-in-law got me to nice Wagyu strip steaks for Christmas haven't decided what recipe for cooking them yet. They're about 1-1/4" thick and highly marbled. Kinda leaning towards skillet cooking in olive oil & butter. Very expensive meat.
