Cold front with wind & rain (snow up higher) came in last night and will stick around thru the weekend.

Caught the last hour of Stage 8 of the Giro d' Italia racing race & set the DVR to record the rest ending at Stage 14. Catching up on the Spring Classics on YouTube, and doing small projects.

Blessings to all. I'm fighting a cold on this beautiful day. I'll be ingesting zinc, vitamin C, elderberry, getting lots of liquids and rest. I'll be quite busy next week and don't want to be sick. I've saved up enough gig money and it's burning a hole in my pocket. I just need to decide what's going to put out the fire.

I was out in my backyard watering new growth trees. Then I heard the stampede of horses behind me. Turns out it was just my pups running behind me at full gallop. They had tree 'ed a road runner that had its lunch in its mouth (lizard). Sorry for the grainy photo. Had to zoom in with shaky hands.

As you may well know, most road runners are chased by coyotes. Not too many are chased by German Shepard's! lol

Speaking of dogs, I just picked up the pieces to the bottom trim weather stripping off my Coachman RV that my Mastiff puppy decided to remove for me! It's going to be a long Summer......

Ever had the joy of watching a roadrunner kill and devour a rattlesnake? Only once in 55 years!

If you have never had a chance to visit Arizona, we ain't got much more than mesquite trees here. So a runner will use cactus!

I've been blessed to see a Cali King Snake tackle a rattlesnake, but only in the wild.

Yikes! That just sent a shiver down my neck. Is that a bull snake being eaten?
