Up early to drive the Planet Killer into the city for my last follow up appointment with the sawbones who replaced my knee(s). Then a trip to Academy to pick up some ammo for my new S&W M&P22X. I might be able to go shoot it tomorrow, unless I get a call from the gun store saying my Holosun green dot came in. I detected a shudder in the Force once I mentioned "Holosun". Boomers everywhere, groaning! And still in waiting mode for the ATF so I can pick up my can.
 
Just got off the phone with the LT. in the Police Dept who is in charge of animal control here in town. I have a next door neighbor that thinks because he in the military he is untouchable. This person has 2 dogs and does not like to pick up after them. He has not picked up his yard for the last month and temps have climbed into the 100's. He has also gone to magistrate court several times and has been fined but still he refuses to clean up after his pets. This has gone on for the last 10 months and I am at my wits end. Cannot go out and enjoy our covered patio because all we smell is urine and feces. What makes it even worse is that he has artificial turf that just bakes the stuff in the hot sun plus we hardly get any rain so urine cannot get washed away. I just want to go over and pull the little runt out of his house and drag him thru his backyard but that might get me in trouble with the law. Hopefully this LT. will do something. If you don't see me posting for a few days I might need bail money and would appreciate the help.

its neighbors like that, that make the neighborhood a terrible place to live. too bad the base he's assigned to, cannot help, since he is "off base".

it would be a great idea if you could shovel up all the crap, and toss it into his house......

but that would require breaking a window, or just breaking in.......

he must be some sort of tough guy in his mind...

another thought...does he own a jeep, like an open door type...??

that would be another great place to shovel the crap into........

Is he active military? Contact the Base commander, they have a bigger hammer.
