What have you bought firearms related in the last 48 hours?

In the last 4 days I've purchased (3) AP m5 lowers, AR enhanced 16.6" for the m5, TT AR 1.5-4# trigger, (2) 30cal brakes, anti-rotation trigger pins, (2) LeRue 308 mags (supposedly can load to 2.870"), A5 buffer tube, magpul ubr gen2, (2) AR ambi safeties, AR breach chargehandle, cmmg ambi mag release, (2) SI AR10 shift pins, (2) enhanced bolt catch/releases and (2) AP m5 enhanced barrel nuts (BAR nuts). Decided against (not sure it was the right thing to do) getting a night force optic that was 40% off (nib)(still cost over 1.5k for it at that price). Would've bought it except the qd mount was out of stock.

ordered a new stainless 1911 loaded model from Springfield....hopefully it gets here on the 6th as promised
didnt pay 1k, but still more than i thought but less than i had planned to spend. :ROFLMAO:
i know its a CA compliant, but thats just the standard magazine, which i prefer as it does not stick out, plus my ronin extended magazines fit it?

they called ....its in and its not the 6th
not to clean it and make it feel like it has a new forever home and register the warranty
glad to see it came with 2 magazines vice one with the Ronin
45 1911 Loaded variant in Stainless

ok some more 1911 porn
its tore down and cleaned.. man is thing super tight on all the clearances. I have never owned a 1911 with a bolt that goes through the recoil spring. its a 2 piece full length guide rod for the recoil spring. depressing the recoil spring plug is challenging as its SHARP . you have to use an allen wrench (supplied) to remove the guide rod . at first i thought i could push down on the allen head..nope
here are a few pics. 2 show difference in weight of naked 1911 ronin 1lb 12.9 oz and the new 1911.. its a beefcake at a shade over 2 lbs

hope weather is good tomorrow

a side note... at academy sports filling out the dread digital 4473 the employee mentioned that company policy prevents them from explaining the questions on the new form. And if you answered one wrong, they were prevented from telling you which one

i worked for the gov far to long to know that these forms are purposely designed to trip you up and THOUS shall not hurry through them for fear of a brain fart

anyway i got all a 100 percent on correct answers

but the one about residing in the city limits still gets me
we are in the county, with a city address and its very grey as to what we are...city or county because of the way the county lists us

then he says... your LTC lists you as 250 lbs ad you put in 229...i gave a weird look?? yes i have lost some weight what does that matter to atf or fbi???

The Winchester Model 12 I bought off of Gunbroker came in a couple of days ago. Made in 1963, it looks better than the pictures. Yesterday I took it apart and gave it a good cleaning, lots of varnish type crap, fouling and hardened gunk. I didn't take the bolt out, just cleaned around it. I may test fire it this weekend or surprise myself at the next Wildbunch match.
