What have you bought firearms related in the last 48 hours?

We go naked here, thatd never work here, somethin fall down in that crack and it'd be all over with. besides it looks like somethin you'd see on a black porn site. but i hear ya on what yer talkin about. most bikers wear them tight spandex shorts so ain't nothin slippin down in that crack.
Naked ? Its a “spring flinger “ ain’t it?

Ordered books. Modern Handloading by Nonte, Ken Waters Pet Loads and The Standard Catalog of Ruger Firearms.

Good choices! Especially “Pet Loads”.
I have had “Pet Loads” since the late 80s and STILL refer to it a lot. In fact, I was looking at Volume II yesterday.

Yes, even the newest data is around 40 years old and often contains components that haven’t been available for even longer, but it’s still a heck of a reference. There is a lot more to handloading information than just load tables.

Just received my Rock River slide the other day for my bullseye service pistol build. All my bullseye guns are 6" so I'm building a 5" to meet the regulations for service pistol. Kart gunsmith barrel lock up is great test fired last nights match. I had a few issues the recoil spring (16.5) too strong needs a 15, the ejector needs tuning and the chamber too shallow I took care of the chamber today after work.
Waiting on springs to come in. The picture is my first 25 yard off hand test with my Rim Rock 180 hard cast wad cutters.

I swapped frames and am using the old colt frame the slide fits like a slick bank vault door after hand fitting. Slide will get blued or nitride finish after testing is complete I'm leaning towards blueing the frame will be left the way it is.

Picked up a Kart .22 conversion been tuning on it and the magazines I finally have it running with Eley target yellow box still needs more testing this thing shoots lights out with the Lapua pistol king ammo hope I can get it to run 100 percent with it.

Going to do a 11 degree forcing cone cut and polish waiting for the tools to come in for that.
