Which gun would you have

IDK

I can't find the article that says that he died but according to this, no matter what he's going to be in prison until he dies.
He always considered himself a legend, at least in his mind, I guess in a way he actually is a legend. Everyone on any forum of those times know who you mean.

Did not matter what kind of forum dealing with survival or firearms, mine was a primitive skills forum and he came back about 3 times a month late at night.

I don't know that guy.....dang, a real gem of a guy I see......

Went to the range yesterday. I mounted a Monstrum Cyborg on my Kuna, and took the bench at the 50 yard target which was the only one open. I turned it on, lined up and fired 3 shots. Went to check, had one bull's eye, one 1/2 inch away and the 3rd was about 3 1/2 inches high. Couldn't believe it, to me, that's zeroed! Didn't have to adjust a thing!

Now, I have a new favorite shooter! If SHTF, I'm packing it somewhere.

Can I still take the Ruger Mark IV .22 target and the AR 10, 308? Fur rabbits and deer ya know......

I would add a non gun to my stores. A take down recurve in a backpack case with a dozen aluminum shafts with feathers and a dozen resharpenable broadheads and a half dozen small game points and target points, a spare set of limbs and several setup strings.

With that I can do a hell of a lot , quietly...
You can suppressed 9mm, .300 BO subsonic and especially.22LR quiets as well 🙂

I've been having these same
discussions on the internet since Obama was President and my opinion hasn't much changed.

We put aside a few dollars from every pay check in an Ammunition/Magazine envelope. When my wife finds a good price she buys as much as we can reasonably afford.

I'm pretty sure I'm going to die (or get Raptured) with cases of ammunition I haven't opened and magazines still in the blister pack.

The only real change is that we moved out of the city. Since we moved we've made a rule that we don't go to the city if we have any other options.

I remember a sermon I saw back the late 90 by John Hagee. He was preaching The End Times and one of the things that he stressed and I mean he really emphasized it was "You get out of debt and you stay out of debt." He believes there's going to be a world wide economic collapse that will lead to a Unified World Currency, which will lead to a Unified World Government, Which will lead to The Mark. Apparently, he thinks the enticement for people to accept the new economic system will be all debt accrued under the old (current) system is forgiven.

I don't agree with him on a lot of things but I think he was right about that.

Another thing I want to hit on is something I learned from two bloggers (Ferfal and Xavier Breathe) who lived through an economic collapse and Katrina.

I think Ferfal has kind of fallen out of favor because he's (According to some things I've heard) a little nuts.

But both of them emphasized OPSEC. (I've heard the same thing from people who lived through Bosnia) If you manage to get a couple of pounds of beans, you have to get it home without anyone including your neighbors knowing about it or they'll be begging (or stealing) it from you.

I'm not sure how to tie this into the topic except to say it's almost important to keep quiet about what you have as it is to have it.
