Kinda late to the game,

I always wanted a Flared Magwell for my XDS MOD 1, but never could find one so I designed one. I have always appreciated how Springfield designed the mag extension on the XDS they look great, however I didn't like how my palm would grab the mag on reloads. This Magwell gives you the same grip with all the mags, and makes reloads easier! I also eliminates MAG BITE and mag drop hangups. I hope someone can find this useful!!

Springfield Armory XDS Flared Magwell And Grip Extension | eBay

I have personally owned the XDS 9mm for many years and enjoyed the gun very much, however I never liked having to use grip extensions on the magazines to get a full grip. So I designed these Flared Magwell/ Grip Extensions that attach to the mounting points of the backstrap.

Hey Rob,
I've watched a lot of your gun tips online, very practical and helpful. , I have been making the Magwells for myself for a few months now and figured if it works so well for me, others mite find it useful. Why did you ask" Who makes this?" Do you have a XDS MOD 1 still around?

I have many. I Like the old model very much..
