that's what the USA needs, more LE to not comply with something that is unconstitutional.

what is really needed is for all the politicians that took an oath to "protect and preserve the constitution", to be charged with treason, or whatever other charges fit.

Our county board, like most South of cook county, passed a resolution declaring that we are a sanctuary County. That will not enforce any unconstitution law.

Illinois State Police Won't Pursue Charges for Unregistered Guns. With under 2% of the FOID card holders registering firearms with the Illinois State Police (ISP), the ISP has announced it will not pursue charges for unregistered guns. The portal reportedly will remain open so people can still register them. For most gun owners in Illinois their act of civil disobedience is sending a message and likely won’t actually result in prosecution. this is neat....but i want to see it in practice...we need a test dummy so to speak .
i say this because when rubber or bullets hit the road, the gov will send in state police or state guard to enforce state law
so illinios needs a test dummy to see how far it goes...
