I've narrowed my Kentucky Derby picks down after two of mine were scratched. Maybe this year will be a lucky year. One year we needed a new TV and won $1300. We don't need one now despite prices coming way down, but I can always think of some way to spend it. :cool:

the whole idea of this thread is...."what are you doing right now", means...WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING NOW..???

so, i tell you what the hell, I AM doing now......

he seems irked by my things, that I AM DOING RIGHT NOW...and instead of putting me on ignore, he chose to berate me.

i try MY BEST not to insult, offend, berate anyone here.

i try to be helpful by putting links to articles about the 2 A community.

i try to post funny stuff in the Daffy zone thread.

i try my best to lend helpful advice, if i am able to.

so since someone here is offended by my "WHAT ARE YOU DOING RIGHT NOW", postings..??

My remarks were not to offend and meant no harm. I applaud your industry. In contrast to yourself, I'm very lazy. Some people think that is a bad thing. My apologies.

That's the way I understood your post, as a good-natured ribbing, just saying that Old_Me sure works a lot with all his chores. He interpreted your post in the wrong way. I knew what you were saying.

I got home from work and the husband was still in bed...at 3PM. He got home after I went to bed last night, and he was feeling "off" then. He has some kind of sinus vertigo going on we think, so I'll play nurse until I go to bed (which won't be late cuz I'm tired now..). My brain thinks I'm invincible but my body knows better. Tomorrow's another day and I have lots to do. I really need to retire so I can be the master of my own time clock. ;) :cool:

I'm so sorry your Dad is gone from this life. My Dad has been gone seven years and I still find myself wishing I could have a conversation and seek his counsel. Blessings of peace, comfort, and strength to you and yours.
