See if your higher ups are savvy about primer deadening due to load/unload cycles. It’s a thing.

At bare minimum, cycle your rounds, so it’s not the same one getting chambered/ejected constantly.

I will 100% admit, I got lazy about this. I will make it a habit to start doing this. I actually did it yesterday because of this thread

Unloading and loading them seems unnecessary and potentially problematic to me.

Well, if it were me I wound either toss the previously chambered round or at least rotate it to the bottom of the magazine.

Gun shop up the toad just got in a 320 flux. he sent me pics and ask me if i wanted first crack at it. i turned it down as i think they are ugly but the video he sent me it went off in the store. no mag or ammo. they just go off all the time. i hear all mine goin off in the safe all the time.

I have the P320 Flux with a Trijicon Green dot MRO on top. It hasn’t fired un-commanded yet (I think the MRO is somehow interfering with it & may have to send it in to Sig for look see ).
But seriously, Compact & easy to deploy, I like it so much that I’ll probably end up getting the Flux chassis for the P365.

The other thing to think about is bullet setback. .40 S&W is notorious for it. My procedure was to mark the round that had been chambered with a Sharpie with a line across the base of the case. Once it had 2 lines (X) it went into the 3rd magazine and wouldn't be chambered again unless fired.

I have started making sure I switch the round, and rotating what magaine I load into my firearm each day.
