I might do that later too. I just bought tickets for Mrs. BassCliff and I to see Nate Bargatze at the end of the month. He's a pretty funny guy.

I was glad to hear the good news from @OldGrunt. All you warriors deserve appreciation and support.

I hope @powerboatr and @HayesGreener continue on your paths to full recovery.

I've been up for a while. The air is still grey and hazy. It has actually gotten worse in the last hour since the breeze from the north has picked up. I may throw a gas mask on later and go weed the garden (jk... ;)). Seriously though, I have enough to do in the house to keep me busy all day. It's gloomy out there. The Clay County Fair is on here in town, but really, once you've done the fair it doesn't change much. They put on a rodeo and demolition derby every year, but I don't think I'll be missing much if I pass.

The husband starts a new job in ND next week so his schedule will be a little nuts until November. We have to formulate a new routine. I have last week's laundry as well as this week's. Not doing much this weekend other than the usual stuff I don't get done during the week. It would be really nice to have a fire at the pit tonight, as the winds are light today. We'll see if the veil of smoke lifts by then.

yelled out as i forgot....it cant lift arm out sideways yet in shower
mrs boatr flew in...to check. i laughed with tears of ouch ouch
slept on couch alot last night,
want to head to bass pro...but i dont think arm can handle the hr drive.
the funny thing is my bulldog,
she will not leave my sight
she even watched with approving eyes as mrs boatr put new bandages on my shoulder.
poor pup is exhausted.
at least off the hydro today, using lighter pain med, more ice


and insurance ..or at least hospital side amount due is a moving target
