I am now 2 months post op for knee replacement. A month ago the doc did a manipulation under anesthesia to increase range of motion. Still doing physical therapy 3 days a week and I now have 110 degrees range of motion and I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. I am finally able to get out and do some shooting. My LEOSA annual qualification is in 2 weeks and dove season is coming up. That knee has been the center of my universe for 2 months, man is this a personal experience to remember. Looking forward to life returning to normal, whatever that is supposed to be. Lunch with the Posse today, life is good.
Glad to hear its going well. Gotta love modern medicine sometimes. It's been 3 months for me on my total knee replacement. My recovery is going well. I joined a gym a few weeks back when my physical therapy ended. I wear shorts all the time, and it's funny how so many people come up to me and tell me about their knee surgeries (you can see the surgery scars on both my knees).
