I'm glad to hear you are doing well, Hayes. I know what you mean...not personally, but my husband had a total knee replacement last May. His recovery went well, but his knee stiffens up easily (especially when he overworks it, which he tends to do often). He switched jobs from a boiler technician to licensed boiler operator shortly before his surgery, which turned out to be a good thing because he can't kneel with that knee anymore so he can't crawl around inside industrial boilers anymore. As time goes by, he is discovering other things that are more difficult for him to do. He just adapts and soldiers on.

I do hope your recovery will allow you to get back to doing what you love and that you don't find so many restrictions in your activity. I know it drives you nuts, but slow and easy does it. I think my husband's hero attitude probably cost him some mobility. He deals with it.

I'm happy to hear both of you are healing and recovering. But I think you've given my knee ideas. It's been sore and "crunchy" lately. My deep knee bends sound like cracking walnuts. I have hardware from a reconstructive surgery after shattering my kneecap in a motorcycle wreck. I must get out and mow the yard today. I think I'll take some preemptive ibuprofen. ;)

You guys, keep getting better. You'll be running marathons in no time.

I can't discuss the details or answer many questions at this time, but I can tell you that the Gen II Blackfeather RS will be lighter and more compatible with modern accessories than the Gen I RS. Progress will accelerate from this point on... I renewed my Import permit this morning in anticipation of bringing the finest M14/M1A chassis stock system ever devised to you the American citizen sooner than later.

Well back from showing all the local hotspots here. First started off at White Sands National Monument this morning, then went to the International Space Hall of Fame. Had some lunch then went out to local pistachio farm and store then took him to the Mescalero Apache Casino, lost our money so I showed him where all the flooding took place in Ruidoso NM. After 200 miles finally made it back to the house. I need a nap!
